Kema Joseph is the founder and principal of St‑Aude Advocacy, a bilingual (English/French) consultant specializing in stakeholder and government relations. She helps organizations in the cultural, nonprofit, philanthropic and public sectors build strategic alliances, engage stakeholders and advance their priorities.

Previously, Kema worked with a leading Canadian public affairs firm and served in the Mayor’s Office at the City of Toronto, where she helped drive high‑profile initiatives focused on equity, inclusion and economic opportunity. Her commentary has appeared on major outlets including Radio‑Canada, CTV, Le Devoir and CP24, and she contributes to Canada’s civic and cultural life through board roles with organizations such as Visions of Science, POV, the Toronto Black Film Festival and the National Screen Institute.
